Your role at Tumi: 

Tumi is seeking a customer-centric, data driven, analytical individual to join their newly formed CRM Team.  This is a newly created role focused on North America, reporting to the Manager of CRM & Customer Engagement.  The CRM Analyst resides under the Marketing team, ensuring data sets are accurate and up-to-date, arranging complex data queries to build unique audience segments for strategic campaigns and reporting out campaign performance insights to key partners across the broader organization. This role with work directly with the CRM Manager, internal cross-functional business teams (Retail, Outlet, eCommcerce, and external key data partners to help define our analytics strategy and support efforts towards a data-driven culture. We are looking for a candidate who is statistically savvy with analysis and synthesizing results for actionable insights .  This individual will be responsible for dissecting customer data insights and organizing data trends, to help identify new business opportunities to drive growth and retention.


•         Partner with the broader Marketing and Digital Operations team to build customer segmentation queries, QA builds and help launch new campaigns, across all channels of business.


•         Leverage TUMI’s data tools, such as the CDP (Customer Data Platform) to unlock opportunities and test into new segmentation strategies.


•         Support growth operations and product marketing for reporting, pulling customer data requests and pre-set distribution lists, such as store clienteling lists, high value customer info, data capture goals, etc.


•         Responsible for managing and maintaining the data quality / hygiene of the North America CRM database


•         Analyze customer behavior to advise key business stakeholders on new opportunities to acquire new, retain and re-activate lapsed customers


•         Work with CRM and data team to report on campaign outcomes & help maintain reporting dashboards


•         Develop CRM reports to measure performance across key markets and channels


•         Establish and maintain KPI reports and dashboards that communicate key business trends and highlight opportunities for growth and operational improvements


•         Distribute business as usual reporting to a wide audience


•         Support technical campaign implementation alongside to our CRM Manager


•         Build, maintain functionality, and troubleshoot issues to ensure CRM campaigns run as expected


•         Recognize major trends and influences on customer behavior


•         Support survey builds and query development for Consumer Insights projects as needed


•         Foster and maintain relationships with all internal and external partners

We’re Excited if you have:


•         Bachelor's degree with passion for Analytics, Business, Customer-Engagement or other technical field of study


•         At least 1+ years of professional experience with a primary focus on marketing analytics or marketing operations and CRM programs


•         Experience of statistical programming using data visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Pivot tables, etc.), comfort using Excel.


•         Proficiency with Google Analytics


•         Experience leveraging with Snowflake and Amperity (CDP) is a plus


•         Interested in leveraging technology to execute cutting edge reporting and analysis


•         Entrepreneurial in mindset and goal oriented (self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently)


•         Strong at project management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated


•         Motivated self-started who is excited to seek out answers by diving into the data


•         Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented


•         Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Minimum Pay Rate:

$33.65 per hour

Maximum Pay Rate:

$36.06 per hour
